PROFILE

Dr. MacLean was born in New York and later relocated to Birmingham.  He received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  Dr. MacLean completed his Internal Medicine training from Columbia Division of Bellevue Hospital and Presbyterian Hospital both in New York, NY.  He successfully completed his General and Interventional Cardiology training from The University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL.  Dr. MacLean served in the United States Air Force  for two years as an Internal Medicine/Public Health physician.  He is currently board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.  He specializes in electrophysiology with pacemaker, ICD and biventricular ICD implants.  Dr. MacLean is available to patients at Grandview Medical Center.
